RENTAL PACKAGES
Building rentals include free parking as well as access to the building spaces (kitchen, etc). Rental price will also include the use of any equipment owned by the Star Center. Current equipment list includes
- Sound system with 4 channel mixer and 2 cordless microphones
- Projector and large 10 foot screen
- 16 6' tables
- 150 chairs
WEEKDAY HOURLY
The weekday hourly rate (Monday through Friday) rental price is $75 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. This includes time for setup for the event.
WEEKEND HOURLY
The weekend hourly rate (Monday through Friday) rental price is $200 per hour with a 4 hour minimum and a 7 hour maximum. This includes time for setup for the event.
WEEKEND FULL DAY
For use of the building for more than 7 hours of the weekend, we recommend the "Weekend Package". The package includes 6 hours of setup time the day before the event and the full use of the building on your event time. This package is ideal for wedding with time for setup, wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, pre-wedding preparation the day of, the actual wedding ceremony (inside or outside) and the wedding reception and photos to follow. The cost of the package, which includes on-site staff during your event, is $3,000.
